NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
Our OT Functional Capacity Assessment’s help you get the NDIS funding and support you to live more independently and achieve your goals.
Assessing your needs to enhance independence and quality of life
During a Functional Capacity Assessment, our OT will assess your ability to perform your daily activities as well as your mobility, communication, social interaction, learning, and self-management. We will also ask you whether you would like to master any new tasks to enhance your independence and quality of life. The results of this assessment are then given to you and the NDIA to determine the support within your NDIS plan.
